Our Patients are typically referred to Pioneer Specialty Hospital by their physician or discharge planner at the acute care hospital where they are currently being treated. Our clinical liaison will be notified of the referral, and if possible will meet with you and your family to discuss admission to our LTACH and answer any questions that you might have.
